What information needs to be provided when reporting an issue ?

The general rule is to provide as much information as possible, the more information is provided, the faster we can identify the cause and provide a fix. When reporting an issue please check the list below of elements that should be provided: 

  • The range of proxies that is affected by the issue 
  • Any code snippet you use 
  • Make sure you checked your authorised IP list 
  • The programming language and platforms/frameworks you work with
  • Logs, sample URLs, screen recordings or screenshots
  • Please include HTTP error codes
