Website is not loading

The first step is to check if other sites are loading, if the case is yes - there is a very high chance that your target website is offline or not working. You can double check here if your target website is down. 

Also make sure the website you want to access is not affected by the list of services in your configuration panel for your special backconnect proxy ports:
