What is your refund policy ?

All our products are refundable, except if you purchased extra traffic for your rotating residential proxy memberships. 

We also offer a free trial for most of our products to avoid refunds and allow you to try our proxies, scraping and cloud hosting solutions.

You are eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions: 

  • A request for refund is submitted within 3 (three) calendar days of the date of the first transaction for the Services;
  • You have not used more than 50% of the Traffic for the Services purchased;
  • Your account is not suspended for a breach of this Agreement (including our Acceptable Use Policy);
  • You have not charged back or otherwise reversed the Fee paid for the Services; 
  • You have not previously claimed a refund for the Services.
